Sales & Leadership Coach and Trainer
Scott Donald is the owner and president of SBD Growth Strategies (SBD), a firm dedicated to helping businesses and individuals achieve more through a focus on training and coaching to support Sales Growth & Leadership Development. With SBD Growth, Scott has worked extensively with sales professionals and leaders in Canada and the United States from organizations such as Friesens Corporation, the North Dakota Petroleum Council, StaffMax, the Association of Consulting Engineers (Saskatchewan and Maritimes chapters) and HUB Technology Solutions.
Scott’s down-to-earth style and quick sense of humour allows participants to relax and have fun while learning important skills for success. He continually invests in his own continuous learning and networking to ensure he is at the forefront of key trends that can help his clients.

Mrs. Donald does basically everything for SBD Growth: Bookkeeping, invoicing, listening to my constant rambling about ideas, answering questions like “what happened at the training last week?”, making travel arrangements and more. She is not only supportive, but also let’s Scott know when he is being ridiculous and/or worrying too much.
Zoe
VP of Culture
In addition to being the sweetest and cutest dog ever, Zoe has 12 years of experience being an awesome office companion. She encourages Scott to get his steps in by nudging him for walks during the day so he can refresh and recharge between meetings.
Her topmost responsibility lies in ensuring Scott is in a great mental space to do client work.
Duffy
Yearly Summer Intern
Duffy helps out at SBD Growth Strategies Headquarters every April to November. He brings his happy face and joyful personality to work which lights up Scott’s day and keeps him grounded.
Duffy excels at ALWAYS knowing when the mailperson arrives to ensure Scott never misses his mail.
